How to Submit a Refund or Exchange Request

 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide the following information in your request:

  • Your order number

  • A brief but clear description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item and its original packaging

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method or, if you prefer, offer store credit.

 

Non-Refundable Items

 

  • Change of Mind: We cannot offer refunds for items based on a change of mind after the order has been confirmed and shipped.

  • Incorrect Size Selection: It is the customer's responsibility to select the correct size at the time of purchase. We cannot provide a refund or exchange for items ordered in the wrong size.

  • Shipping Delays: Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service. We recommend tracking your package using the provided tracking number.
